Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Murphy, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Start date change as per QA. Repairs and coating of a 1.0 MG elevated storage tank. Sediment Removal and Disposal, Reroute Cables and Wires, Remove and Replace Dry Roof Access Hatch (Frame & Cover), Remove and Replace Two Interior (Wet) Ladder Rungs, Exterior Cleaning and Blasting, Furnish all materials, labor, equipment and appurtenances for installation of extra epoxy coatings at badly pitted surfaces. Complete in place for interior coatings, abrasive blast per internal coating specification. Furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and appurtenances for "extra roof rafters, all shapes, all sizes including removal and disposal of existing members" with certified welding, including apprentice labor, complete in place. Question Deadline 08/24/2026 at 12:30 AM CT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed in writing to the Engineer complete the contract within 180 calendar days
