The following Scope-of-Work is intended to supplement the project documents as prepared by Kiley Associates, LLC. This bid package includes construction work for the construction of a garage addition at the existing Police Department building within Jefferson Township. It also includes administrative and coordination responsibilities. All work indicated in the project documents is to be completed as in-scope without exception and includes, but is not limited to, the following: Contractor is responsible for cleaning their work area daily of all debris which is generated because of their work. Debris removal is the responsibility of the contractor. Provide all specified products and materials. Coordination all work with other Contractor's working on site. Protection of surrounding areas and existing items to remain. All unloading/loading as required to complete this scope of work. All deliveries and staging area shall be coordinated with the Project Manager and Owner so as not to disrupt the Owner's ongoing use of the premises. Final cleaning of bid package work by each Contractor. All site preparation, building addition, and related work as indicated in the contract documents. Work shall include the furnishing of all labor, equipment, tools, and materials required for construction of the new Police Department garage addition as required, all conforming to lines, grades, width and depth, indicated in the contract documents. Pennsylvania state sales tax. Comply with Public Work Contractor's Bond Law and Trade Practices Act. Protection of surrounding area and existing items to remain by each Contractor.
