The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following Removal of two multi-floor escalators and replacing both with ornamental stairs in the Montgomery County Administration Building. Updates within each access area include, but is not limited to, new flooring, wallcoverings, ceilings, lighting, & HVAC.
