Provide all necessary supplies, materials, equipment, labour, supervision, and transportation to wash and clean the exterior architectural glass, anodised aluminium siding, limestone panels, second-floor glass roof, and atrium glass at the Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center campus. Services include exterior cleaning of the main clinic and energy centre, covering approximately 126,560 square feet of glass windows and associated exterior building surfaces, to be performed twice per year. Work must be completed during normal operating hours unless otherwise authorised, and the contractor must provide a cleaning schedule within 30 calendar days of contract award notification. Contractors are required to report to the Engineering Building upon arrival and sign in and out on the vendor log sheet. The anticipated performance period consists of one base year from 1 January 2027 through 31 December 2027, with four additional one-year option periods. Location: Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC), 420 N. James Road, Columbus, OH 43219. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
