Renovation of the operations and maintenance building at the Western Regional Water Reclamation Facility. Question Deadline 08/31/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Bidders shall submit written questions to the Owner in sufficient time in advance of the Bid opening to allow sufficient time for the Owner and/or Design Professional to respond. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by the Owner at least seven (7) days prior to the date of the opening of Bids. This renovation project involves the comprehensive renovation of the Western Regional Water Reclamation Operations and Maintenance Buildings. The renovation will include the first and second floor of the operations building and the break room, mechanical room, and the men's and women's locker rooms of the maintenance building. The renovation encompasses a variety of critical infrastructure and aesthetic improvements. Including, but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, and remodeling. This Project Consists of Two Buildings Undergoing Renovation Work. The Renovations on Each Building Will Need to Be Phased, As the Buildings Cannot Be Simultaneously Out of Operation. This Facility is a 24-hour, 7 Days a Week, 365 Days a Year Staffed Facility. Refer to Each Engineering Discipline for Specific Phasing Guidelines. Construction on the Operations Building Should Be Completed First. A Complete Phasing Plan Should Be Included With the Bid Package. Coordinate Work With the Owner Before Any Work, Utility Outages, or System Modifications Commence. Contractor to Provide One Temporary Office Trailer for the Owner's Use for the Duration of Phase One, and One for the Contractor's Use for the Duration of the Project. Contractor to Provide Temporary Toilet Facilities for Construction Workers, as Well as Separate Temporary Toilet Facilities for Use by the County Staff, Located Near the County Temporary Office Trailer for the Duration of the Project.
