Description

Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a recreation facility in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a recreation facility; for the renovation of a recreation facility; for the construction of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.

Partial demolition of poolhouse structure, removal of site improvements and below-grade construction, and construction of a new utility room servicing the adjacent splash park. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond. Set-asides: 15% MBE. This project is to include any and all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to partially demolish part of the pool house structure at Fairview Park, located at 2262 Elsmere Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45406. Work shall include demolition and removal of site improvements, abandonment and removal of below-grade construction, and the construction of new work to leave in place a single utility room servicing the adjacent splash park.
