Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Almont, Michigan. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway, sidewalk / parking lot and water / sewer project.

The project includes the construction of approximately 2,400 feet of watermain along with associated water services; 2,500 feet of sanitary sewer and associated laterals; and 2,050 feet of storm sewer. Road reconstruction and rehabilitation will include approximately 5,100 tons of HMA paving; 7,650 feet of concrete curb and gutter, 31,000 square feet of sidewalk and curb ramps; 1,700 square yards of concrete driveways, and related items of work. Question Deadline 09/02/2026 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered Plan Holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
