Description

Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in West Valley City, Utah. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: General Contracting services and all materials necessary to complete a building expansion at our West Valley 2/3 campus. The project includes the elementary classroom addition (6 classrooms, 3 breakout classrooms, and restrooms - Phase 1, must open August 2027), secondary classroom addition (Band/Orchestra/Dance/Drama, with the Drama room doubling as a black box theater), the auditorium addition with support spaces, and the lunch kitchen building shell bid as an alternate.
