Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of an educational facility in Winthrop, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Mobilize, obtain permits, and install erosion control and site protection. Remove existing asphalt and prepare subgrade. Pave parking lots including curbs, gutters, wheel stops, and ADA ramps. Stripe lot and install signage. Install new storm drainage system, connect roof drains and drywell. Build new stormwater infiltration pond with overflow spillway and fence. Restore lawn, landscaping, and irrigation. Additional paving and drainage work for west and east parking areas. Per Pacific Engineering & Design Plans and Specifications for reconstruction of the Liberty Bell High School Phase 2 Storm Drainage and Pavement Improvements, including new HMA paving, curb and gutter, ADA stalls and striping, storm drain piping and structures, a fenced stormwater detention pond with spillway and maintenance access, and turf and irrigation restoration, with two additive alternates for additional paving and storm improvements of the west and east roads attached to the parking lot.
