Scope of Work The successful bidder shall: Remove and properly dispose of the existing electronic message center display boards. Furnish and install two (2) new double-faced outdoor LED message center display cabinets. Inspect the existing sign structure and mounting system and provide all brackets, hardware, and structural components necessary for a complete installation. Connect the new displays to the existing electrical service and communication system. The contractor shall include any electrical or communication modifications necessary to provide a fully operational system. Configure, test, and commission the displays to ensure proper operation. Install and configure the manufacturer's current message center software and verify communication between the displays and the City's designated computer or network. Provide on-site training for City personnel covering operation, scheduling, and routine maintenance. Remove all construction debris and restore the work area to its original condition. Provide all operating manuals, software licenses, warranty documentation, and closeout materials.
