Replacement of the existing floating courtesy dock, including all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary to remove, furnish, and install a new floating courtesy dock in accordance with the performance work statement. Work shall include all associated components, connections, and site-related activities required to provide a fully functional dock system. The contractor shall provide a technical approach and project schedule demonstrating the ability to meet the required delivery and completion timeframe. All work shall be performed on a firm-fixed-price basis and completed within 90 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Provide your feedback on BizChat The Bureau of Land Management (BLM ) - Taos Field Office (TFO) will replace a floating courtesy dock at the Santa Cruz Lake Recreation Area (SCLRA). The current dock is in poor condition and requires repairs. Each winter, the dock is removed from the lake. Because it does not have wheels, it must be dragged across the concrete boat ramp and asphalt parking lot for storage. This project includes furnishing, delivery, installation, and on-site Operations & Maintenance (O&M ) training for BLM staff. 3.1.1. Offeror must furnish a floating courtesy dock according to the Technical Specifications. 3.1.2. The Offeror must deliver and install a floating courtesy dock at the Santa Cruz Lake Recreation Area. Deliveries are permitted Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM -4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays. Installation is limited to Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, when the lake is closed to the public. 3.1.3. Offeror must provide O& M training for BLM Staff. Training to include, but not limited to: assembly, installation, connection to boat ramp, removal from lake, and maintenance. Offeror must supply product specific tools to assemble and install the courtesy dock and leave them with the BLM Staff for future use.
