Site work for a development in Chimayo, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The project involves the construction of new concrete lined and welded steel ditch lining, site preparation, earthwork, an elevated steel pipe crossing structure, and miscellaneous improvements to the Acequia de Los Ranchos in Chimayo, New Mexico. Working time for this Contract is thirty (30) calendar days. Time will be counted from the date of Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or Bids, to waive technicalities, to make any Investigation deemed neces-sary of a Bidder's ability to perform the work covered by the Specifications, and to accept what in the judgement of the Owner is the best bid.
