Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Village Hall cooling plant serves critical municipal operations. The Village seeks qualified contractors to furnish and install one new 361-Ton air-cooled chiller, remove the existing chiller, perform all associated piping, electrical, controls, startup, commissioning, and BAS migration work. The Project includes furnishing and installing: _ One (1) new 361-Ton York YVAA Chiller or approved equal. _ Removal and disposal of the existing chiller. _ Glycol recovery and replenishment. _ Mechanical, electrical, and controls reconnection. _ BAS migration to a new Jace 9000 platform. _ Startup, commissioning, training, and documentation.
