Removal of 2 existing 36 inch storm pipes and installation of a 10 foot by 4 foot by 30 foot precast concrete box culvert and related work. The Work consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, temporary facilities, testing coordination, permits assigned to the Contractor, and incidentals necessary to complete the Project. B. The Work generally includes: Full closure of Heisley Road within the Work area and temporary traffic control. Installation, maintenance, and removal of erosion and sediment control measures. Temporary stream diversion, cofferdams, pumping, dewatering, and water-quality protection. Removal and lawful disposal of the existing double-barrel corrugated-metal-pipe culvert and affected improvements. Excavation, foundation preparation, bedding, installation, jointing, and backfilling of the precast concrete box culvert, cutoff walls, and wingwalls. Cast-in-place concrete, riprap, guide rail , roadway aggregate, asphalt paving, grading, seeding, and restoration. Coordination of utility protection, property access, emergency services, and affected public services. Perform the Work as a complete, operable installation. Items reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents as necessary for a complete installation are included in the Contract Sum unless expressly identified as Work by others.
