Demolition for a municipal facility in Sparta, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.
Demolition of existing structure at 228 Wilson St. Demolition: Perform complete demolition of the building, including removal of all structural components, foundations, and utility disconnections as required. All Utilities have been turned off prior to proposal request. Debris Removal: Haul away and dispose of all demolition debris, including non-hazardous and hazardous materials, in compliance with waste management regulations. The city is not responsible for any landfill fees. Safety and Compliance: All work will comply with applicable regulatory requirements, including but not limited to OSHA standards for worker safety, and local building codes. Permits for demolition will be obtained and displayed as required. Pre-Demolition Planning Obtaining necessary permits and approvals. Conducting a pre-demolition site assessment. Preparing a demolition plan including timeline and safety measures. Demolition to be completed within 2 weeks of Purchase Order being issued. Demolition Activities Safe and controlled demolition of the building structure. Removal of all debris and waste materials from the site. Post-Demolition Activities Site cleanup and grading. Ensure site safety and security until fill and grading is complete. Property should be level to allow for a tractor / bus hog to mow. Final inspection and sign-off from Codes Officer.
