Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The work contemplated consists of the following: This project consists of minor site work and the installation of a new monument sign for Klamath Union High School in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The proposed sign includes an LED display mounted on a masonry monument base. The base will feature a brick-clad pilaster design to complement the existing campus architecture. Associated site work includes minor grading, foundation installation, data, and electrical connections necessary to support the new sign. Work should be planned to begin on or around September 14 , 2026. Substantial completion would be on or around November 23 , 2026. Punch lists would occur November 24 through 30, 2026. Final completion needs to be December 14, 2026. Question Deadline 08/21/2026 Bidders, prospective bidders, manufacturers, and suppliers may request interpretation of the Contract Documents at least five (5) days prior the scheduled closing time for filing bids. Requests shall be in writing and shall be received by the Design Professional at least five (5) days before the scheduled closing time for filing bids.
