Description

Site work and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel.

The consultant shall provide professional and technical engineering and administrative services during the design and construction of the proposed project. Plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) shall be prepared in English units. The project shall be designed in accordance with Klamath County Public Works Specifications and Standard Drawings and current ODOT Specifications and Standard Drawings. Generally expected deliverables are as follows: 1. 30% Plans, Specifications and Estimates ( PS&E) a. Surveys Control, Topographic, Utility b. Concept Roadway and Bridge Plans c. Preliminary Geotechnical Investigation and Foundation Report/Recommendations d. Preliminary Bridge Design Hydraulics Report e. Environmental Coordination and Technical Studies f. Design Narrative and Review of Alternates g. Cost Estimate and Schedule h. Verification of Existing Beam Inventory and Evaluation for Re-Use. Developing plans and specifications for the full replacement of Bridge 35C168.
