DESCRIPTION OF WORK Work shall include but not necessarily be limited to: Demolition of existing high expansion foam fire suppression systems & components. Install lightning protection systems. Repair fire suppression systems. Repair electrical, comm, roof, plumbing, and mechanical as required during removal of old systems and installation of new systems. Conventional design & construction methods will be utilized. Additional ORANG requirements are described in the Additional 173 rd Fighter Wing Requirements document included in this Bid Set (bound separately). Bonds: 10% Bid Bond. All questions regarding the Plans and Specifications must be submitted on bidexpress.com or via email to agonzalez@klamathfalls.city, on or before 12:00 P.M. PST on 8/20/2026 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
