Construction of a generator enclosure, trash bin enclosure, and security infrastructure. The generator and trash bin enclosures include the following types of work: concrete, concrete masonry unit block, steel gates, steel framing, metal roofing, landscaping, electrical, waterline, and sewer line. The security infrastructure includes the following types of work: cameras, trenching, conduits, asphalt patching, slurry, striping, and electrical. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Labor and Material Bond and a Faithful Performance Bond, each in the sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Said bonds shall be furnished by a company authorized to issue surety bonds in the State of California.
