Remove and dispose of existing roofing materials, repair or reinstall new roofing materials. The Project consists of: Shingle Roof Areas _ Inspect and replace any damaged shingles and dispose of the existing roof material off site. Replace the Felt paper with 45 mil SA R-Mer Seal barrier as needed . Install new shingles as needed and as directed by the owner. Flat Roof Areas _ Remove and dispose of the existing roofing material off site. _ Supply and install proper ISO Board and Dens Deck to plywood decking. _ Supply and install new KEE membrane per manufacturer specs. _ Supply and install KEE pipe boots and curbs where needed. _ Remove and re-install existing perimeter edge/coping metal . Replace as needed . _ Supply and install new walk pads from the roof hatches to and around the HVAC units. _ Supply and install Dura Blok pipe supports where needed. Inspect and repair any issues on the shingled roof sections. _Supply and install gutter guards on all the building gutters-ensuring the downspouts are clean and free of debris. _ Supply and install drain covers where missing.
