Renovation of a municipal facility in Hanover, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; municipal facility; and municipal facility.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete full roof replacement on three historic structures. Work includes replacement of the Big House roof with a historically appropriate metal roofing system that complies with applicable codes, manufacturer requirements, and State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) standards. The Smaller House roof and the Shower/Laundry Building roof shall be replaced with contractor-furnished synthetic cedar-look shakes that match approved SHPO appearance standards and comply with all applicable codes and manufacturer requirements. All roofing systems shall be fully weather-tight, properly flashed and ventilated, historically compatible, include new insulation, and be ready for unrestricted use upon project completion. Location: Mimbres, NM (Wilderness Ranger District). Questions shall be submitted via email to troy.mccullough@usda.gov and are due no later than September 2nd, 2026, at 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time.
