Removal of the current roof and installation of a new roof utilizing a Thermoplastic Polyolefin membrane and related furnishings. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Question Deadline 09/02/2026 at 3:00 PM PT Removal and replacement of the existing roof down to the existing roof sheathing. oRemoval of existing wall membrane, termination bar, and base flashings. oFurnish and install a new roof utilizing a TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) membrane including use of an adhesive/primer, that terminates at the top and is mechanically fastened . oFurnish and roof-in walls, base flashings, pipes, wing wall supports, drains, and scuppers. oFurnish and install high -performance roof cover boards utilizing mechanical fasteners. oFurnish and install flashing at roof junctions using mitered corners or kick-out techniques, as appropriate. oFurnish and install new skirt metal over the termination with all corners using custom -mitered corners and securely fastened to the decking. oFurnish and install new detail membrane to the pipes, wing wall supports, and drains. oFurnish and install new clad metal scuppers using TPO or PVC-coated stainless steel. oFurnish and apply water cut-off mastic and specialized sealants to maintain a watertight seal at perimeters, penetrations, and joints, where necessary. Furnish and install new corners and circles, were necessary. oAll work to be performed during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday: 7am to 5pm .
