Two existing vault toilet facilities will be replaced with two new precast concrete prefabricated restrooms approved by the Contracting Officers Representative (COR). The work includes providing all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, delivery, placement, and installation necessary to complete the restroom replacements. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable Virginia engineering and building codes, OSHA regulations, and the EM 385-1-1 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Manual. Materials must be installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and workmanship requirements. The contractor is responsible for protecting government property and surrounding areas not intended for disturbance, repairing any damage caused during construction, and removing all debris, excess materials, and waste upon project completion. Public safety measures, including signage, barricades, site security, and hazard prevention, must be maintained throughout construction. Contractor personnel must comply with applicable installation security, antiterrorism, operational security, and access requirements. All work must be completed within 180 calendar days after contract award and generally performed between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays unless otherwise approved.
