Replacement of the existing Carters pond gravel trail with a new flexible porous pavement trail with accessible slopes including removal of existing wood boardwalk and construction of a new raised boardwalk over Carters pond. 3. Removal of the existing wood observation deck located at the end of the Carters pond trail including removal of the deck and structural support system in its entirety and replacement with a larger observation deck and associated structural support system. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
