A. The work consist of construction and completion of interior office improvements at the foresthill facilities center. this includes demolition as well as construction of architectural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical improvements. B. The Contractor shall provide all labor, superintendence, materials, plant, power, light, heat, fuel, water, tools, appliances, equipment, supplies, services, and other means of construction necessary or proper for performing and completing the Work specified in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall perform and complete the work in the best manners that promote rapid and efficient construction activities consistent with safety of life and property, to the satisfaction of the Construction Manager, and in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. C. The Contractor shall comply with all codes, ordinances, regulations, orders, and other legal requirements of public authorities having bearing on the performance of the Work. The estimated cost of construction is $ 500,000 In accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Calpo Hom & Dong Architects, the Work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tax, equipment and services for the construction and completion of interior improvements to the Foresthill Facilities Center. The Work includes demolition of existing elements and construction of architectural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical improvements.
