Work shall include furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision to perform all operations required to complete the work detailed herein and as evidently necessary to complete the work. All materials shall meet or exceed requirements of Specifications of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Publication 408 and Bulletin 14 or 15. Work shall include but shall not be limited to the following: Install WMA bituminous binder course, 19 mm Mix, 50 Gyr. Install 2RC shoulders. Sealing of joints, milled or sawcut pavement notches, application of asphalt prime coat, erosion and sediment control , and maintenance and protection of traffic are incidental to the Contract. Roadway cross section shall be as follows: Paved cartway width to be 17' with 4" compacted asphalt depth and 3% cross slope. Shoulders shall be 2' wide 2RC shoulders on both sides, with 4" depth at edge of pavement blending into existing shoulder at 6H to 1V slope at 2' distance from edge of pavement. No wearing course is proposed at this time.
