The work includes the removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials (ACM). The awarded contractor shall remove the below items under the supervision of a Massachusetts licensed asbestos project monitor per DEP 310 CMR 7.15 and the Department of Labor Standards (DLS) 454 CMR 28 9 x 9 Vinyl floor tile: 2,450 Square Feet (SF). Adhesive for mirror: 6 SF. Exterior windows: 76. Exterior unit vent grilles: 5. Exterior caulking: 8 Linear Feet (LF). Double layered transite panels at addition: 160 SF. Exterior transite panels at walkway: 240 SF. Exterior transite debris : 50 SF. Debris/soil at crawl space: 2,500 SF. Shingle roof underlayment: 3,000 SF. Oil Tank: 1 Total. Transite sewer pipe: 50 LF.
