Description

Site work for a civil project in Barling, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Design and construction of improvements at the Massard Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) including a new influent pump station, aeration basin and support facilities, secondary clarifier improvements, wet weather treatment, PAA system improvements and expansion, solids handling improvements, effluent pipeline, and general site wide civil and electrical improvements.
