Question Deadline 08/27/2026 at 10:00 AM MT Online All communications relative to this pre-qualification shall be posted on Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website West Jordan City ("Owner") requests general contractor Statements of Qualifications ("SOQS") for the purpose of pre-qualifying potential contractors who may bid on the Zone 5 North 4.0 MG Water Storage Reservoir ("Project"). Invitations to bid on the Project will be issued only to those general contractors who are pre-qualified under this Request for Statements of Qualifications (RSOQ). The submittal requirements and the evaluation criteria for prequalification purposes are as defined herein. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of the prequalification documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The Project generally consists of constructing a new fully buried circular AWWA D110 Type 1 wire-wrapped tank constructed from reinforced concrete and all appurtenant items to the site shown in the project documents. The project site is located west of U- 111 and Terraine Road, on Hikers Pass Dr. in West Jordan, UT. Other components of the project include site grading, landscaping , lighting, electrical and site piping for the inlet, gravity feed outlet, drain line and overflow.
