Site work, paving and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in West Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Replacing existing turf grass and native turf grass with water-wise landscaping by installing drip irrigation, rock mulch, and native plantings. Work includes site demolition, installation of flow sensors, master valves, and application of herbicides and systemic vegetation killers. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
