Unified Fire Service Area (UFSA) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the renovation of restroom and locker facilities at Fire Station 107. Station 107 is located at 6305 South 5600 West, West Jordan, UT 84081. The project consists of the demolition and reconstruction of approximately 550 square feet of existing restroom, shower, and locker room space within an occupied fire station. The remodel will create six individual restroom/shower rooms, including two ADA-compliant units, and a new locker area. Work includes demolition, architectural improvements, plumbing, HVAC modifications, electrical work, accessibility upgrades, finishes, millwork, and associated site protection measures..
