Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Madras, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.

City of Madras ("City") is issuing this Invitation to Bid ("ITB") to invite bids from contractors to bid on the Demers Pump Station, which work will include, without limitation, construction and commissioning of a new sanitary sewer pump station located on City property west of Demers Drive including a new wet well, pumps, telemetry, utilities, fencing and landscape restoration. Project also includes removal and decommission of the existing pump station.
