Demolition and replacement of two existing Evapco cooling towers (Model AT 424-936) and one BAC cooling tower (Model VXT-800CR, Serial No. 84-5979), including replacement of the associated structural steel platform, roofing, structural components, mechanical systems, electrical systems, pumps, motors, piping, chemical feed systems, fire/smoke detection systems, condenser water motors and pumps, electrical circuit breakers, piping insulation, SCADA integration, and associated control systems. Work shall comply with all applicable codes and standards, including the International Plumbing Code (IPC), ASHRAE standards and guidelines, ASME codes and standards, and the National Electrical Code. The contractor shall provide as-built drawings, updated schematics, equipment and structural submittals, cut sheets for all replacement components, SCADA integration and commissioning documentation, and demolition and disposal reports. Services shall be performed by a qualified HVAC/mechanical contractor with demonstrated experience in large-scale condenser water system installations and cooling tower integration with SCADA systems. Acceptance of the as-built drawings is required prior to the start of construction.
