Provide all supervision, labor, consumable materials, tools, equipment, employee certifications, medical surveillance, personnel air monitoring, transportation, and related services necessary to remove, encapsulate, and dispose of asbestos-containing materials (ACM). Services shall support a multi-year asbestos removal and disposal program and include compliance with all applicable regulatory, safety, environmental, and asbestos-handling requirements. The contractor shall furnish all resources required to perform asbestos abatement, encapsulation, waste handling, transportation, disposal, monitoring, and associated support services as outlined in the Statement of Work. Location: GPO Central Complex and Laurel Warehouse Facilities. Please include the solicitation number in the subject line of the email. The cut-off date and time for submitting questions is August 24, 2026 at 2:00 pm EST. A response to all questions received will be provided by an Amendment and will be posted to the SAM website NLT August 28, 2026.
