Provide pre-award management, post-award management, program management, and related capital execution support services for facilities and infrastructure projects. Services include procurement support, project initiation, planning, design quality assurance, construction management, project closeout, and life-cycle program management of multiple related projects. The contractor shall support the management of quality, cost, schedule, communications, risk, and administrative functions throughout all phases of construction and infrastructure execution. The work supports construction projects performed by construction contractors and includes centralized oversight and coordination to optimize long-term performance, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of mission-critical projects. Services will be performed under task orders for facilities and infrastructure projects within the NAVFAC Washington Area of Responsibility (AOR).
