Reference Number 0000329979 This project looks to hire a contractor to reconfigure storage cages in the parking garage below building 9. It is currently larger fenced cages with doors and there is a lot of wasted space. The new design has made the cages smaller more consistent size to allow for more cages to be added. Working with the tenant and PM the contractor will be required to move contents from one cage to another during construction as well as end state. Question Deadline 08/31/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform Site visit description: Paid parking at site will be in Lot V (see map uploaded in Merx). Please meet the BGIS Representative, Drew Hayward (613-806-7066), in the lobby of Guardhouse #3. Please also bring a government-issued ID. Please arrive 15 Min before, allowing time to sign in. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own safety Boots; without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site
