Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Glade Hill, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Furnish and install a salt pond liner replacement, including geosynthetic membrane protection barrier liner and HDPE geomembrane. Question Deadline 09/09/2026 at 10:00 AM ET Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Michelle Braxton at: Michelle2.Braxton@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. The Contractor shall furnish and install approximately 2,925 square feet of new 60 mil textured HDPE Geomembrane at Glade Hill Area Headquarters, 5483 Colonial Turnpike, Glade Hill, VA 24091, per the specifications herein. 1 . Remove any fencing from the perimeter that might impede the new liner installation. 2. Any utility locating required will be provided by the Contractor. 3. Sawcut and or excavate a 1 -ft x1 -ft anchor trench around the outside perimeter of the pond. 4. Supply and Install 60mil Geosynthetic membrane protection barrier liner over top the old asphalt liner.
