Phase 1 roof replacement project including demolition and replacement of roofing systems, modified bituminous membrane roofing, insulation, roof flashings, air barriers, selective demolition, metal siding modifications, carpentry, roof drains, joint sealants, roof curb work, reinstatement of roof-mounted equipment, and associated construction required for complete installation. Roof 5 includes replacement of insulated modified bituminous roofing on steel deck. Roofs 6 and 7 include replacement of uninsulated built-up roofing on wood deck. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond.
