Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Sackville, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Reference Number NB-TAN-2026-6 Upgrade of an existing sanitary sewer lift station including temporary sewage pumping, removal of existing pumps, motors, piping, valves, controls, ventilation equipment and electrical systems; installation of new pump skids, stainless steel process piping, valves, float controls, pressure transducer, wet well upgrades, ventilation upgrades, new covers and safety nets, architectural repairs, floor epoxy, electrical upgrades, generator connection provisions, and optional standby generator installation. A bid bond, in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to the Municipality of Tantramar must accompany each tender. No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the New Brunswick Procurement Act and Construction Services Regulation (No. 2022-78). The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
