Renovation of a military facility in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and transportation necessary to perform flooring replacement services at the Blessed Sacrament Chapel (Building 3) in strict accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Work includes the removal and disposal of existing carpet, padding, and wall base; comprehensive subfloor preparation; and the installation of new commercial-grade carpet and new rubber wall base. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 19 August 2026 at 10:00 AM AKDT. All interested parties shall meet at the main entrance of the Arctic Warrior Chapel, Building 3, JBER, AK 99506. The site visit is not mandatory but is highly encouraged to allow vendors to inspect the site and field-verify all measurements. Questions and Answers: All questions regarding this solicitation, including any questions arising from the site visit, must be submitted in writing via email to the Point of Contact no later than Thursday, 20 August 2026 at 1:00 PM AKDT. Remove the old carpet and install a new carpet in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel (North Wing) and all rooms connected to the Blessed Sacrament Chapel of Building 3 .
