Dotson Ln: Mill length-2225' width-28' 1.5" 2026 Paving Operation and Roadway Work Zone Requirements _ All Bidding Contractors must be licensed, insured, and TDOT Certified! _ _ _ All Flagging Operation will be A lane closure for a two-lane two-way road with two (2) certified flaggers in full Ansi TDOT approved PPE (certification cards shall be shown to the onsite inspector if he/she so asks). Contractors must display three DOT Approved Advance warning signs spaced 200' between each sign; on each side of the work zone (One lane Road Ahead, Be Prepared to Stop, Flagger Ahead). Contractors must display two bump warning signs at each milled tie-in if left open overnight. Contractor must construct a temporary asphalt ramp for smooth transition at each butt joint if left unpaved overnight. All streets must have the edges clipped and debris removed, roadway swept prior to application of asphalt emulsion. Asphalt emulsion should be applied to each street prior to paving operation at a rate of .06 +/ .01 (onsite inspector will request daily application rate at the end of each workday or project completion). All streets shall be paved with RS9.5C mix
