The objective of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit interest and credentials from qualified firms, or individuals, licensed in the State of South Carolina to provide professional parking lot condition assessment services in support of anticipated maintenance for facilities and parks. Professional firms shall possess the proper licensure and experience to perform such services. Statement of Work The County has the need for professional firms to provide service for each project that may include, but are not limited to the following types of services: Design services related to evaluation and assessment of current pavement conditions, pavement geotechnical services, evaluation of ADA accessibility conditions, pavement designs services, storm water design services, and other related pavement services. These services may require destructive and non-destructive investigations in determining existing conditions. Provide project specific analysis for project design, cost estimation, generating specifications, and verification of suitability of project design for each facility. Preparation of construction drawings and specifications including any documentation required to be submitted for regulatory review when required (if permitting required). This will include construction contract bid documents, bid assistance, and procurement support. Provide construction administration phase services which include project management, inspection, construction observation, and QA\QC monitoring.
