Provide a broad range of multidisciplinary architect-engineer (A-E) services in support of Civil Works, Military Construction (MILCON), and related government programs. Services include planning, programming, feasibility studies, geotechnical investigations, permitting, charrettes, master planning, engineering studies, surveying, site and field investigations, cost estimating, CADD drawing and document preparation, design reviews, operability and maintenance reviews, construction phase services, commissioning, studies, and technical reports. Work supports minor and major repair, modification, rehabilitation, alternatives analysis, and new construction projects at secure and non-secure facilities. Services may include design and engineering support for flood risk management and coastal storm risk reduction infrastructure such as pump stations, surge barriers, tide gates, and structural and non-structural flood mitigation measures. Military construction support may include facility repair, renovation, remodeling, demolition, infrastructure improvements, interior fit-up, new construction, physical security and force protection enhancements, fire protection systems, and communications infrastructure. All services shall be performed by or under the direct supervision of licensed Registered Architects and Professional Engineers. Work will involve planning, design, scheduling, management, coordination, investigation, and CADD support for multiple simultaneous task orders under a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle.
