Site work for a municipal facility in Rapid City, South Dakota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The selected consultant will provide services related to the preparation of a Drainage Basin Design Plan (DBDP) for stormwater runoff control in the Ennen-Morris and Radar Hill Drainage Basin. The DBDP is to include existing and fully developed hydraulic conditions, conceptual designs, design documents, maps, stormwater quality improvements, infrastructure improvement costs, and other information necessary to adequately describe existing and proposed improvements for the drainage basin. The DBDP is intended to be a guide for the County and the City and other government agencies, developers and engineers for use in the design and construction of major drainage facilities and for development in the basin
