Reference Number 0000434459 The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz (HACSC) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide roofing replacement services for three (3) multifamily affordable housing properties located in Santa Cruz County. The project consists of the complete tear-off and replacement of existing roofing systems at these apartment communities. Buildings are wood frame and no more than two stories in height with pitched asphalt composition roofs. Contractors shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the project specifications and applicable codes. The work performed under this solicitation is subject to California prevailing wage requirements. HACSC requires the applicable California prevailing wage and labor compliance requirements to apply to work performed at all three (3) project sites. The contract will be awarded based on the proposal which represents the best overall value to HACSC - considering price, technical expertise, past experience, and quality of proposed staffing.
