City of Havre de Grace is seeking consultant assistance to perform a Feasibility study to assess the project goals and practicality of our Safe Routes to School project across Route 40. The study will identify opportunities for safe, accessible and connected bike/pedestrian routes from adjacent subdivisions west of US 40 to Havre de Grace Elementary, Middle and High Schools. Project Cost Class B - $100,000 to $500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Written questions from prospective Offerors will be accepted by the City of Havre de Grace Procurement Officer electronic only. All questions concerning submissions and procedures must be submitted ono later than Wednesday September 9, 2026 by 5pm. All questions must be posed under the specific solicitations Discussion Q&A tab. The City of Havre de Grace reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals received in response to this request and is not liable for any cost incurred by any Firm in connection with the preparation and presentation of Proposals.
