Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway and sidewalk / parking lot.
Site clearing, soil erosion and sediment controls, maintenance and protection of traffic, milling and paving, replacement of concrete curb, Belgian block curb, sidewalk and driveway aprons, traffic striping, raised pavement markers, resetting of castings and valve boxes, repair and reconstruction of inlets and pipes, replacement of grates and curb pieces, and installation of regulatory and warning signs. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Maintenance Bond required (unspecified amount). Plans, Specifications, and forms of bid for the proposed work prepared by Richard A. Alaimo Associates, Municipal Engineer, have been filed in the office of said ENGINEER, at 200 High Street, Mount Holly, New Jersey, and may be inspected by prospective bidders during the regular business hours . Bidders will be furnished with a copy of the Specifications, Plans and Proposal by the ENGINEER at the cost of preparation thereof, $85.00, nonrefundable; plus $ 10.00 postage and handling if mailed. Checks shall be made payable to RICHARD A. ALAIMO ASSOCIATES. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
