To supply Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant sludge thickener tank cleaning, including sludge, grit, and rag removal. Bids must be on the Standard Proposal Form attached to the specifications, submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project and contract number. A Certified Check or Bid Bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, but not greater than $20,000, must accompany the bid. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of (P.L., 1975: C.127) (N.J.A.C. 17:27) NJSA 10:5-31 through 38 and NJSA 34:11-56.25 through 56.46 of the NJ Public Law, as well as Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C S12101 et seq.).
