A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in the specifications and shown on the plans. This includes redevelopment of a potable water supply well, installation of a new well pump, and repairs to an existing well pump. Bids must be submitted on the standard Proposal form as designated and enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to the Mount Laurel Township Municipal Utilities Authority. All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Bid Bond, or Cashier's Check for ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, not exceeding $20,000.00, and an executed consent from an approved surety company agreeing to furnish the required Performance and Maintenance Bond upon award of contract. The contract is subject to the provisions of New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, Affirmative Action Law, Business Registration Act, and Public Works Contractor Registration Act. Sealed bids are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with applicable state statutes. The Mount Laurel Township Municipal Utilities Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part, or to make awards as deemed appropriate.
