Sealed bids are being solicited for the collection and disposal of solid waste for the Township of Mount Laurel. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the bidder clearly identified, along with the notation 'SEALED BID FOR SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL.' All bids must include a non-collusion affidavit and either a certified check, cashier's check, or a bid bond (issued by a surety licensed in New Jersey), payable to Mount Laurel, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid, but not to exceed $20,000, as well as a Consent of Surety binding the surety to provide performance and payment bonds as required. Bidders must also comply with Affirmative Action requirements and disclose any shareholder or partner holding more than ten percent interest. The Township of Mount Laurel reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
